Originally from New Zealand Trevor L James moved to New York 1995 where he pursued a career in international retail design for some of the worlds leading names including Disney, Harrods, Armani, and Saks 5th Ave.
That career path was interrupted when Trevor discovered and fell in love with the Telluride area.
Following his dreams Trevor left New York with his family to make a new life here in the Colorado Mountains.
In Telluride Trevor collaborated with a local architect to found Fuse Architecture and Interiors so establishing a successful practice in residential architectural and interior design.
Trevor’s latest design venture reduces the scale at which he works to the very small and personal. The laser cut models that Trevor designs and makes locally are a new whimsical approach to help visitors take home a memory of the places that Trevor loves, with the hope that they have enjoyed them as much as he does every day.
