Return Policy

It is very important that you are happy with the quality of our products, so please notify us immediately if something does not function correctly. We are unfortunately unable to assist with functionality issues after 14 business days.

We will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items received within 14 business days. Any returns made after this date can not be accepted (unless delayed due to postage & handling). All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn, unused, and original condition with all tags attached.

Once the return reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed, and you will receive updated tracking information for your exchange order. If the item you request is sold out, your return will be processed as a store credit. All customers cover the cost of return shipping, and all shipping costs are non-refundable (thank you for understanding). We also highly recommend using a trackable service to track the progress of your return.

As we do not offer refunds, we ask that you please be mindful when choosing items from T.Karn.
